Reach & Wash System - How We Achieve Superior Results

It may be traditional, it may be how it’s always been done. Nevertheless, using ladders and buckets has now been superseded by the reach & wash system (aka water fed pole) and will eventually become a thing of the past.
Why?
For years it has been an accepted risk climbing ladders to wash windows. Ladder falls account for 40% of falls from height accidents investigated by the Health & Safety Executive in workplaces in the UK.
With the introduction of water fed poles feeding de-ionised water, the work can now be carried out safer, but also with far superior results.
How it works:
The reach & wash system uses an extendable pole feeding de-ionised water through to a brush. The windows and frames are initially rinsed with the water and then the brush is used to agitate the dirt.
De-ionised water acts as a magnet for dirt particles. Finally, the windows and frames are then rinsed with the di-ionised water which takes away all the dirt.
Because di-ionised water is pure (chemical and particle-free) the windows are left streak and spot free and can in effect provide a much superior finish than traditional window cleaning and particularly useful on UPVC double glazing and conservatories.
So a reach and wash system is not only safer, with superior cleaning, but your windows will shine longer and because it’s chemical-free, it does not harm the environment so is an ECO Friendly choice.
A reach & wash system is a big mind shift from traditional methods.
It requires a technical and financial investment from a window cleaning business and why many will not take the plunge.
At EdenPro, however, we believe this investment in equipment and technical know-how is justified. It puts our customers first by achieving the best possible results, it’s safer for us and the enviroment.
